Provider visit (in-person): New Patient: $ 350.00/ Follow up: $250.00
Recall (only for Abnormal pap, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea or Trichomonas) $150.00
Televisit: New: $120.00 (Dr. Gupta: $200)/ Estb: $100.00 (Dr. Gupta: $150).
Sonogram (pelvic ultrasound): $300
Infertility sonogram initial: $300
Infertility sonogram, follow-up: $150
Colposcopy - $300.00 (Lab will be separately from biopsy).
Endometrial biopsy - $300
Incision and Drainage of abcess - $300
Endosee (office hysteroscopy) - $1200.00
Genital warts treatment (freezing or TCA)- $250.00 per session.
IUD insertion (Insertion only) - $300
IUD removal (removal only) - $120 (Removal + visit = Add as above)
IUD cost (Self-pay) – pay the specialty pharmacy directly.
Injection - $200 (if injection as a follow up to visit in 1-2days: $100)
Pessary cost - $60 (does not include visit cost)
Pessary first visit - $350. Estb: $250
Urodynamics - $600
Biofeedback - $300 per session x 6 weekly sessions.
